Dr. BAEK Sun-Hee is President of the Korean Institute of Child Care and Education (KICCE) since December 2017. She also serves as Chief Editor of International Journal of Child Care and Education Policy published by KICCE.
She has served in various committees related to child care and welfare policies and gender issues, Low Fertility Policy, including the Policy Steering Committee of the Presidential Committee on Aging Society and Population Policy, the Central Childcare Policy Committee of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Gender Equality Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Sustainable Development Committee of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, etc.
Dr. BAEK Sun-Hee earned her Ph.D. in social welfare at Chung-Ang University. She was an international research fellow at Washington University in Saint Louis and a research scholar at San Jose State University.

Dr. BAN Sang-Jin, President of the Korean Educational Development Institute since April 2018, also serves on the Governing Board of the OECD Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI) and the Education Committee of the Korean National Commission for UNESCO. Besides, he is Editor-in-Chief of the KEDI Journal of Educational Policy (KJEP), indexed and abstracted in Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI).
Holding a professorship in Education at Chonbuk National University for 17 years, Dr. BAN Sang-Jin brought a wide range of professional experience from acting as Chief of the Korean Educational Research Network (September 2009 - June 2011), President of the Korean Society of the Politics of Education (January - December 2015) and President of the Korean Society for the Economics and Finance of Education (March - December 2017).
He published numerous books and articles throughout his academic career and recently co-authored the "Politics for Evaluation of Universities" (2017) and the "Ten Issues of Human Resources Policy in an Era of Declining Working-Age Population" (2014).
Dr. BAN Sang-Jin holds a Ph.D. degree in Education Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. BONG Angkeara is a Research Consultant at the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI) and Assistant to Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, Council of Ministers, Cambodia. His areas of research includes public policy (economic diplomacy), regional integration, international trade, and post-secondary education. He has extensive experiences in international economics, project management, aid and scholarship management, and business and entrepreneurship.
Before joining CDRI, he was a former Acting Country Director and Acting Office Manager at the International Development Program. He played a leading role in the organization and liaised with foreign donors and project partners, including the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), New Zealand Agency for International Development (NZAID), Government Ministries, and other agencies overseas. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at some universities in Cambodia, including the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), Paragon International University (PIU), and Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT). His research papers have been published in various international refereed journals, including Global Business Review, Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Business, etc.
He graduated a Master of Public Policy (Economic Policy) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Australian National University sponsored by the World Bank. He received his PhD in Economics from the University of Brunei Darussalam.

Timofei BORDACHEV is the coauthor of more than 400 analytical materials for public authorities of the Russian Federation concerning internal development of the European Union and the Russia – EU relations in 2004–2009. Analytical reviews are being prepared by a working group, comprising representatives of Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Council on Foreign and Defence Policy (CFDF) and The Institute of Strategic Studies and Analysis (ISSA) and headed by Sergei Karaganov. The author of the book «New interventionis mand modern peacekeeping» (M, MONF, 1998) — the first Russian basic research on the matter.
As a researcher, he specializes in Russian-European relations, foreign policy of the European Union, public-private relations in Europe, the European and international security, and Eurasian economic integration. He is also the author of the academic works published in Russia and abroad.
Currently Prof. BORDACHEV is an academic supervisor at the Centre for Comprehensive European and International Relations at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and a program director at the Valdai Club Foundation.
